Just read ARC (advanced reading copy) for Bujold's Cryoburn at www.baen.com. Will DEFINITELY be buying the book. (and yes I should have been working)

bookless

For the first time in 2 months all my inventory is unpacked & shelved in one place, it's just NOT the same place that I'm in. I have serious separation anxiety.

...on the road again

I like this view of interstate 81 better...it's all in the timing.  Early = emptier roads  Sleep in = TRAFFIC

note to self.... moving books and bookcases in 100 degree heat is NOT TOO BRIGHT.

On the move...

I'd forgotten how HEAVY a fully loaded book box is, multiply the above by about 400 and that should hopefully hold all our inventory.   I predict Advil is going to be my new best friend.

life is a highway

and we will be on it....  just started the process of moving a 25,000 volume book business down the road from Maryland to Virginia.
